Summerizing
I worked from home today. Hard to concentrate at times because I keep noticing loose hair on Java that obsessively have to pull out.

Writing is like planting a garden and waiting for the emergence of something green. The one who plants is bent over the dirt. She takes off her gloves as they are stifling hot and place too much between her and the earth — rich, damp, and deep. She brushes a mosquito from her arm, leaving…
What’s the best thing to do when your job has you worried that there’s no way you can meet all your deadlines? And your nerves are just shot from life in general? That’s right! You try to groom a winter’s worth of grime and hair off your horses! The rhythmic scrape, scrape, scrape; pull hair…
On those days When energy leaks Do not fight it But join the seep You will find A better day Just give it up Let sleep have its way Sorry. Not exactly your cute Christmas present dollies… I was feeling artsy. I played a bit of magic with a bobber that the Brew Babes and…

Ouch…so many bites! That is the cutest photo of Java!
Ah, I am an obsessive tuft puller, too! L is the only dog I have ever had who gets little tufts that must be pulled out. I catch myself following him around trying to snatch tufts of fur off his backside. I don’t think he appreciates it, but I can’t help myself!
