Once again this year, I went to see what the mountain bikers were up to for their annual Halloween Race.
Right away, I ran into Fabulosa, who wasn’t racing but was helping direct riders and carrying out other duties befitting her social status.
I love watching mountain bike riders who are able to attack the course — the ones that to zoom! zoom!
I hadn’t seen anyone do the teeter totter before.
There were several airborne moments.
As I walked from spot to spot and ran into Fabulosa again, directing riders.
Oh no! I think I’ve been spotted by the flesh eating zombie!
Oh, no problem. He’s going after Fabulosa instead.
Thank goodness. She escaped on her diamond bicycle with magic money powers.
There were a few stunts at the finish line.
The event was big on costume and fun.
There was also pumpkin jousting.
And much smashing of pumpkins by young and those a bit older alike.
I must admit I sat through the whole video on how many way ya can smash a punkin’. What a fun time!!!
Thanks for the Halloween festivities in your neck of the woods!
Have a great day sweetie!!!
Believe it or not, there are more ways! My camera battery just dies before capturing the ways involving guys hanging half out of speeding pick-ups. ;D Great pics and post Maery. Glad you had a good time.
I love the photos and the costumes. One guy was riding a snow bike!!! The one with really wide tires looks like it’s a snow bike 🙂
Happy Halloween!
What a hoot!!! Great fun!
First and most importantly….I think I am most in awe of the fact that Fabulouso is able to ride her bike in such high heels…as fabulous as they were.
And second of all….the gorilla on a pink furry bicycle just did me in….
Still laughing over here.
