We had plans to drive to a trailhead for a hike to Ramona Falls before we had to get the grooms dinner. The hike was seven miles round trip and had an elevation climb of 1000 feet. We only saw a few people there so it was the right hike for me.
After we got off the train, we took a cab to get to the car rental place. We picked up our rental car and took the historic, scenic Columbia River drive towards Mt Hood.
